Since 1971, founder and owner, Sandra Debs has been delivering beautiful, thoughtfully designed fresh and silk floral arrangements throughout Trinidad. That’s right – for more than four decades, we’ve been family owned and operated. We’ve been lucky enough to expand our gift offerings to also include gourmet gift baskets and other specialty items.

Delivery Policy

Please note our delivery fees are additional to the price of the arrangements. We can deliver flowers, plants, and specialty gifts to almost anywhere in Trinidad. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time of day. We do try our best to accommodate specific requests. In most cases, orders placed as late as 2 P.M. in the recipient's time zone can be delivered that same day.  For residential orders, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return or attempt delivery the next day. For business orders, if the business is closed or not accepting deliveries, delivery will be attempted the next business day.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order at anytime prior to delivery. However, if your order is en route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order.

You can call us at (868) 632-4438 anytime to cancel an order. We will try our best to accommodate your request as long as your request meets our cancellation policy.


Substitution Policy

In some instances, the florist's photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase that cannot be exactly replicated.  Substitutions of flowers and colors may apply based on seasonality and availability.  Substitutions will only be of equal or greater value.  Delivery is priced separately based on the recipient's location.
